Description
The Hurricane is a trailed air blast sprayer, featuring independent twin towers designed to penetrate spray into tall, dense crops like avocado and macadamias.
Designed in collaboration with growers, our exclusive TWIN turbine fans have been specially designed to give the best and most effective coverage in macadamia plantations in the world today. It is ideal for the tall and thick canopies that macadamia trees provide.
With high power, it allows spraying at faster speed while still providing thorough coverage. The twin hydraulic adjustment on each tower allows the spray to be continually adjusted from the cab to suit the terrain and trees. Growers tell us this makes it easy to spray a mix of older and younger trees without needing to stop work.
The Hurricane comes with a brass Comet IDS 2600 pump as standard. This allows the Hurricane to run at higher speeds without compromising spray coverage.
The Hurricane's galvanised steel frame is designed to be stable and reliable even with a full load. Its slim design makes it easy to fit down narrow rows. The total emptying poly tank makes spraying efficient, and cleaning easier and safer.
